Phuong is an established professional with over 12 years in the grocery retail industry, and has also served as Chapter Administrator for the CSC Toronto Chapter. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Economics from the University of Windsor and joined the BBS team in 2025.

 

As part of the Business Development team, Phuong liaises with clients and BBS Project Managers to pursue new project opportunities. She also provides administrative support to help the team stay organized, aligned, and focused on delivering results.
