Joy, attended Ryerson University, is a Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA), Certified Specification Practitioner (CSP), member of ARIDO, and a Board Member of the London chapter of the CSC, started working at BBS in 2019.

With 40 years of experience in the public and private sector, in educational, recreational, and healthcare projects.

 

Selected projects in Ontario include the addition and renovation of Riverview Gardens (long term care facility) in Chatham-Kent, Seacliff Manor Retirement Residence Home (assisted living facility) in Leamington, and The Shores Recreation Centre (NHL sized arena, gymnasium, fitness centre with indoor track and Municipal Administration Offices) in Forest.
