Dave joined the firm in 1998 as one of BBS’s first employees and evolved into our leading project manager and client and industry liaison, fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring successful project delivery. As of 2026, Dave became Managing Principal and assumed overall leadership and management of the firm.

 

Dave began his career with BBS after graduating from Sheridan College, and steadily advanced through roles of increasing responsibility. His experience spans a diverse range of project types - including residential, healthcare, institutional, and commercial - through which he has developed invaluable technical expertise.

 

With a strong commitment to the firm’s success and a collaborative, client-focused approach, Dave provides steady leadership to his team. He brings the firm’s philosophy into practice every day, guiding projects with clarity, consistency, and dedication to high-quality outcomes.
